1) My leak is getting worse—what should I do right now?
Turn off the stop tap (usually under the kitchen sink or where the mains enters), switch off the boiler if water is near electrics, and call us. We’ll advise next steps and attend urgently.
2) Can you find a leak without ripping up floors?
